Students?can submit a draft of their paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive their work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours. Just use the email?tutor@imgbestsearch.com?to submit your work!

• Note:?Our eTutors will not edit, correct, or rewrite your paper, but will help you improve your work and writing skills.

Live Virtual Tutoring?

This allows online and other students to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment. Platforms used to deliver this method of interaction include:

• Zoom (Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing Service)
• Skype (Video Conferencing)
• Other approved applications

Offline Questions?

Students can leave specific questions for an eTutor who will respond within 48 hours.

Comprehensive Learning Center (CLC) Computer Lab

The CLC Computer Lab is available to any patron of the Colby Community College library, providing free access to computers, printers, and the Internet. Some of the software applications provided are MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver, Flash), and applications to produce Digital Stories (iMovie, Audacity, MovieMaker).

In addition, there are staff members available to assist you with basic questions and some advanced assistance.

It is important to remember that these computers are “wiped and erased” every evening inhibiting the ability to save directly to the computer. Please plan accordingly and either save to your Trojan email or external memory.

There is also space available for quiet and small group study. All students are welcome to bring your laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices to use the campus WiFi.

• Password (Trojan email account password)

For assistance logging into the multimedia computers located on the south wall in the CLC, please see a member of the library staff for assistance.

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m
