Categories of Personnel

The college has the following categories of personnel:

1. Administrators, i.e. President, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vice President of Student Affairs, and Vice President of Business Affairs?
2. Professional Employees as defined by K.S.A. 72-5413, et seq.
3. Non-certified staff shall consist of classified employees and administrative support
   
   • Administrative support employee is a salaried employee who is paid on a contractual basis not dependent upon hours worked and who is not an administrator or professional employee.
   • Classified employee is an employee who is paid upon the basis of hours

A full-time employee is an employee who is regularly assigned to work at least thirty-two (32) hours per week. A part-time employee is an employee who works less than thirty-two (32) hours per week.
